Dyo Elies 2005

Dyo Elies is the first wine produced by Stellios Boutaris in 2004 and took its name from the two centuries-old olive in the Syrah vineyards, situated in the southeastern part of the Estate in Naoussa.

The year of 2005, it is the oldest available from the Estate and is a blend of French varieties, Merlot and Syrah with a touch of Xinomavro. A wine with an exuberant aromatic character, notes of spices and ripe red fruits. A wine with volume and rich structure, that remain unchanged to this day.
