This limited-production Chardonnay comes from the homonymous 1.6 ha vineyard in Amyndeon. The wine is fermented and matured for 8 months in new, French, 228 lt. oak barrels with frequent batonnage. A classy Chardonnay, rich and bold.
After 6 years aged in the bottle, Palpo 2015 now expresses the greatness of Amyndeon, a premium white-wine terroir of Greece.
