RODITIS ORANGE 2023

A bold, experimental orange wine that redefines Roditis through the art of extended skin contact. Beginning with strict hand selection, the grapes undergo red-style fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration at 10°C for two days unveils the variety’s aromatic depth, while the gradual rise to 17–20°C builds complexity.

Near the end of fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins and rests for 3 months on the lees in stainless steel with batonnage. Τhen, it matures for 9 months in 225L French oak barrels (3rd and 4th use), with continuous stirring.

The result is an expressive, layered wine with gentle tannins, spicy nuances, and a surprising freshness.
