Α new range of wines, created to express the qualities of the indigenous varieties of the Aegean Sea, is the result of time-hallowed Cycladic viticultural traditions meets innovative winemaking techniques and the signature style of winemaker StelliosBoutaris.

Fokiano is a historically important variety that had almost gone forgotten until Yiannis and KalliopiVintzilaiou revived it in their Naxos vineyard. The 2021 grape harvest took place in August while the wine, which stayed on the lees until the following May, was made under the stewardship of experienced winemaker Spyros Zoumboulis.

The result is a vibrant dry rose Fokiano with freshness and a palate that brims over with red summer fruit and spices. This mono-varietal invites you to explore this quintessential Cycladic variety and the infinite richness of our islands.
