The very first PDO Goumenissa from Kir-Yianni has arrived — available exclusively through the Warehouse 10 online platform. Crafted from Xinomavro grown in the renowned Bintabla (“Tall Hill”) vineyard, first planted in 1996, this wine embodies the unique character of its origin.
The vineyard’s heavy, red clay–rich soils are key to shaping a wine of remarkable depth and complexity. A touch of Negoska in the blend lends a refined balance, softening the tannins and brightening the acidity, resulting in a harmonious and elegant expression of Goumenissa.
